Trumfo and Salt Market in Odèn

Odèn celebrates a new edition of the Trunfo and Salt Market!

The Salino de Cambrils is where the stops of artisans and producers of trumfos are located, and where gastronomic workshops and product tastings are organized. You can also visit the salt flats facilities and participate in children's activities.

The star product is the " trumfo " (potato) from Alto Solsonès. The location of the municipality and the mountain climate mean that it produces a consumer potato with flavor and culinary qualities that differentiate it from potatoes from other places.

Salt is also obtained in an artisanal way through a network of ditches, canals and streams that take the salt water from the ponds to the threshing floors.
