The Vila-seca International Short Film Festival (FICVI) will be held in Vila-seca with the objectives of disseminating and promoting cinematography in general and supporting short film directors by creating a reference space where they can give know their works.
At the Vila-seca International Short Film Festival, they want to present you the best short films from the national and international circuit.
