Romanesque route of La Baronia de Rialb

A route will be carried out to discover the Romanesque style of La Baronia de Rialb, visiting different points of historical and architectural interest in the area.

The itinerary will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the meeting point at the monastery of Santa María de Gualter, where an introduction to the Romanesque style of the Baronia and the details of the route will be given.

At 10:00 a.m., the route will begin in the direction of Sant Miquel de Palou, a 12th-century Romanesque church. The route will then continue towards Sant Iscle and Santa Victoria de la Torra, where there will be a walk to the tower and the medieval village.

At around 12:00, you will reach the Politg Nucleus, where you can visit the altarpiece of Sant Iscle and Santa Victoria and the interior of the church of Sant Josep.

The price of the visit is €10 and prior registration is mandatory. You can do so by sending an email to turisme@baroniarialb.cat or calling 973 46 02 34.

Transfers will be made with the participants' vehicles and the route will be guided by J. Bibila from the Tourist Office of the Barony of Rialb.
