Sant Guim de Freixenet Egg Fair
The Sant Guim de Freixenet Egg Fair began to be held in 1996.
The name of the fair is due to the fact that in this town there are a large number of laying hen farms, which makes Sant Guim one of the largest egg-producing towns in all of Catalonia.
Thus, the fair has eggs as its protagonist, with free breakfast with fried eggs, with the distribution of 26,000 units among visitors and the delivery of the traditional award What a pair of eggs!
