Sant Andreu Fair in La Llacuna
La Llacuna celebrates a new edition of the Sant Andreu Fair, which has been held since 1935, and to which the Pig Slaughtering has also been added for years!
At the festival you can see how the producers and processors make sausages from the animal, which has been bought dead for years.
The Sant Andreu Fair attracts more than 5,000 people to La Llacuna every year, who have the opportunity to buy sausages and other local and quality agri-food products, as well as value the rural world, inland tourism and the potential of Catalan gastronomy.
