Firhàbitat in Avià

The municipality of Avià is hosting a new edition of Firhàbitat, the Catalonia Bioconstruction and Energy Efficiency Fair!

Firhàbitat is a meeting and exchange space for exhibitors, companies, and visitors with a special interest in habitat biology, energy efficiency, self-consumption, and sustainable housing. This event, unique in Catalonia, aims to raise awareness and make its mark on this construction model, while fostering collaboration between professionals and companies in the sector.

Firhàbitat has brought together specialists from the construction world —from architects and quantity surveyors to developers and construction companies— as well as companies dedicated to green building and suppliers of ecological materials.

The event seeks to bring the general public closer to the many possibilities offered by green building, both in new construction and renovations, highlighting its health benefits. It also aims to become a reference point for industry professionals, boost the visibility of local producers and businesses, and position the Berguedà region as a national benchmark in habitat biology, green building, ecology, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
