Mineralexpo in Sant Celoni
The MineralExpo Sant Celoni is the oldest mineral fair in Spain.
It is a bag-exhibition of minerals, fossils and elements related to nature, where visitors can find cultural events, exhibitions, workshops, book presentations and, at the same time, buy either collector's items (fossils and minerals) or in decorative elements and gems made of mineral materials (necklaces, bracelets, cut natural stones...).
Also worth noting is the competition to choose the best Catalan piece and those exhibited at the fair.
This event is organized by the Grup Mineralògic Català, with the collaboration of the Sant Celoni City Council, and takes place in the theater of the Ateneo de Sant Celoni.
