The Mont-roig and Miami Platja Pop Gastronomic Days were born in 2008, and have become a gastronomic benchmark on the Costa Daurada.
The participating restaurants introduce in their menu different dishes made with the star product: pop. Its nutritional and food properties make it a product with a wide variety of gastronomic possibilities within Mediterranean cuisine.
