"Dijous Llarder" in Vic

Vic hosts a new edition of "Dijous Llarder" (Fat Thursday)!

Once again, organised by Osona Cuina and with the support of Vic Town Hall, the "Dijous Llarder" will fill the Plaza Mayor of the capital of Osona with tradition and good gastronomy.

The breakfast and lunch format will be maintained, with extended hours and dinner will also be served. In addition, a stage will be set up with activities throughout the day, designed for all audiences.

The party doesn't stop here! With the aim of growing the tradition and making Vic a benchmark for "Dijous Llarder" in Catalonia, the celebration extends beyond Thursday and into the weekend. Under the motto "Dijous Llarder... and the weekend, too", gastronomic and cultural activities will be offered throughout the city, with tastings, workshops and experiences around cured meats and local products.

The aim is to strengthen the link with Osona's gastronomic tradition and consolidate this event as an essential date on the festive and culinary calendar.
