Traditional sega of Pals rice
Pals celebrates the traditional Rice Sega for yet another year!
The rice, sown by hand during the month of June, is harvested in October: the veteran farmers of the village show us how this task was carried out before mechanization, cutting the ears of rice with the curve, making them into sheaves and placing them on the “ wooden boat pulled by a horse.
The festival continues with a popular rice dish, bird watching in the lake and a basketry workshop.
