Festival of San Juan in Súria
The town of Súria already has everything ready to celebrate the festival of San Juan!
There will be children's activities for the little ones at home, the arrival of the Llama del Canigó, the reading of the manifesto, the Giants dance and much more!
San Juan is the set of celebrations that celebrate the summer solstice, the shortest night of the year and the moment that marks the moment of maximum solar exposure. Although the solstice is on June 20, the festival is celebrated especially on the night of June 23 to 24, coinciding with the saint's day.
It is a celebration deeply rooted in Catalan culture and an opportunity to meet loved ones and welcome a new season full of hope and good wishes.
