The night of June 23, San Juan festival, is a magical night in which the summer solstice is celebrated although, many times, the dates do not coincide since the solstice is a changing date, since it takes into account the maxim distance from the sun to the earth at the beginning of summer.

It is a derivation of the roscón with hard-boiled eggs that was eaten in the past, a large round piece with clear reminiscences of sun worship.
