Calella Renaissance Fair 2023

The Renaissance Fair wants to remember this humanist past and demonstrate the influence it has had on the municipality of Calella.

Numerous exhibitors offer their products and for two days the old town is full of activity.

Choreographic fencing , parades, music or flag-bearers can be seen walking through streets that still remember these times. For the most curious, guided tours in different languages allow you to discover the vestiges of a golden age.

What were the calellencs like five centuries ago? They were probably not that many and not that cosmopolitan. But surely your ancestors were as optimistic, active and close as the current ones. If not, they would not have been able to develop the transoceanic trade that made the city grow to what it is today.
