Come welcome the Canigó Flame. Don't miss the parade, the communal dinner, and the concert. The shortest night of the year, the St. John's Eve festival, is a night of fun, fire, and cultural identity.
St. John's Day is a magical night. The origin of the celebration of St. John's Night is pagan and is part of the group of solstice festivals, like Christmas. With a tradition that dates back long before the establishment of Christianity, it is a cult of the sun, of the lengthening of the day, due to the summer solstice.
