Different entities, groups and schools organize activities for children and adults, especially dedicated to books and the promotion of reading, such as poetry recitals, story-telling, concerts and book presentations.
One of the events that characterize the Diada is the trobada of giants, giants and dwarfs of Mataró, in which about fifty giants and big heads participate.
