Ratafia making workshop at the Museum of Pagesia, Fogars de la Selva

Would you like to learn how to make ratafia, but don't know where to start? Do you want to know what plants are needed and how to identify them? Roll up your sleeves, you'll soon find out!

Ratafia is a very traditional drink with an intense flavor, and its preparation requires a whole ritual. Harvesting the plants needed for its production requires paying attention to the flowering season, the ripening of the fruit, and the different places where we must go to find each of the ingredients.

In short, it invites us to connect with nature! We'll be waiting for you on Saturday, June 21st at 10:00 a.m. for a ratafia-making workshop, where you'll make your own ratafia drink and take it home with you.

The workshop will be led by La Sobirana, a cooperative in Santa Coloma de Farners specializing in the production of ratafia and other homemade liqueurs.

The activity costs €15 per family and includes all materials except the water bottle. Note, however, that places are limited!
