Catalan Day in Avinyó

Avinyó will celebrate Catalonia's National Day with a program of events that combines tradition, culture, and popular participation. Over two days, residents will gather to pay tribute to their collective identity and enjoy recreational and musical activities.

The events will begin in the multipurpose room with a popular bingo organized by the Carnival Group, a festive and friendly event that always attracts a good number of participants. The atmosphere will then transform into a grand musical celebration with a concert by Músics de Carrer, who will offer a tribute to Txarango, followed by a session with DDDJ that will keep people dancing until the early hours.

The next day, the Plaza Mayor will be the meeting point for the hike to the Torre dels Soldats, an activity that combines nature, history, and brotherhood, accompanied by a breakfast of cake and chocolate to recharge your batteries.

At noon, the event will focus on 11 de Septiembre Park, where the official ceremony will include a floral offering, accompanied by the singing of Els Cantaires d'Avinyó. The event will conclude with a glass of cava and snacks for all attendees.

In the afternoon, music will once again take center stage with an evening of habaneras performed by the group Lluna, Foc y Rom in the Plaza Mayor, accompanied by rum, cake, and soft drinks.

A program designed for all audiences, combining memory, tradition, and joy in the context of National Day.
