Beach facilities where you can practice sea sports. Our specialties: Catamaran, Light Sailing, Open BIC, Sailing Skate (senior and junior), Windsurfing, Sea Caioac, SUP (Stand Up Paddle), Surf and Bodyboard.

We offer tastings, sessions and courses for everyone.

We organize activities for school groups or synthesis credits. Nautical credit programs for training cycles: middle cycle, higher cycle and university.

We offer Easter and Summer camps for young people from 7 to 18 years old.

We organize sea circuits for companies, team building days.

Activities for family events: Anniversaries, bachelor parties, celebrations.

Our activities:

Candle

5-6 students per boat, the instructor explains how to steer the boat and control the sails. All the students do it (as long as the weather conditions allow it), under the instructions and help of the instructor.

Kayaking

Brief explanation on the ground of how to embark and disembark, how to row and basic maneuvers. Exit to the water in double kayaks, a rowing circuit is done and exercises and games of balance and control of the kayak.

Bigsup-sup

Brief explanation on the ground of paddling technique, body position, how to stand up and manoeuvre. In the water we practice and do a tour or relay race.

Career orienteering

Orienteering circuit, by teams. They have to find the different beacons scattered around the beach and port following a map and complete the circuit in the shortest time possible.

Knot workshop

It is a complementary activity that we do on land so that they know how to make and service each knot that we use most often when sailing.

Gymkhana

Cooperative games, beach sports.
