Talk and wine tasting at MTIV!
The role of barrel wood in the production and preservation of Catalan wine: a journey between tradition and oenological wisdom. The event will consist of a talk by a sommelier entitled "The Importance of Barrels in the Aging of Catalan Wine," followed by a tasting of barrel-aged wines.
Registration will open on November 12th until capacity is reached.
In charge of the Hoguera de Santa Perpètua de Mogoda Winery.
Activity held within the framework of the exhibition Ferran Sala de Can Quico Boter, double bass master of the Museu del Treball i la Indústria Viva.
