Raspall Route. Summer modernism in Cardedeu
We invite you to discover the summer architecture of Manel Joaquim Raspall, a modernist and noucentist architect from several municipalities in the region. Meeting at the Tomàs Balvey Arxiu Museum at 10:30 a.m. Guided itinerary.
The Tomàs Balvey Arxiu Museum proposes, every first Sunday of the month, to discover, by walking, the architecture for the summer in Cardedeu. From the houses and towers surrounded by gardens, to the civil architecture with parks, fountains and urban designs.
In Cardedeu, the road towers stand out, especially the Torre Gual or Montserrat. However, it preserves other modernist buildings, among which the Raspall style is predominant.
Prior reservation is required. Price: €7 general / €5 reduced
