We already have here a new edition of LACTIUM, the sample of Catalan cheeses from Vic.
LACTIUM, the exhibition of Catalan cheeses, is the Catalan Cheese Festival, since it brings together the largest cheese market in Catalonia, and has a powerful and original program of activities around the culture of artisan cheese.
Artisan cheese shops from all over the country that will offer tastings and sales of their cheeses by cutting, married with the presence of artisans and agri-food products complementary to cheese.
A program of activities for all audiences that will combine family activities and cheese activities, especially for cheese enthusiasts and enthusiasts, where they will be able to discover and learn the singularities and values of Catalan, artisanal and authentic cheeses.
