From May 30th to June 8th, 2025, delve into the gastronomy and cultural heritage of #Banyoles!
È BO, È MEL, is a week dedicated to gastronomy and flowers that aims to combine the flavors, colors and culture of Banyoles.
In Banyoles, excellence tastes sweet. In the local vernacular, when they love something—be it a dish, an activity, or a show—they often say "È BO, È MEL. " This is where the name of this celebration comes from!
Come and sample local cuisine and local produce with special menus, daily specials, tapas, and a variety of offerings at the restaurants participating in this Gastronomic and Floral Week.
This year, participating establishments will focus on desserts: homemade and original creations, or sweet dishes made with products from the "Banyoles Dolça" initiative.
