Guided tour: Modernist Igualada
The city's first modernist building was built in 1899. From then on, Modernism burst onto the scene, becoming a forceful presence in all types of buildings: homes, textile factories, tanneries, and other spaces.
On this guided tour, we'll discover some of the most notable examples of this artistic movement in Igualada, and understand how and why Modernism took such a vital root in the city.
