Vallgorguina Festival

The Vallgorguina Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year, an event that fills the town with music, culture, and tradition. For several days, the town becomes a meeting place for socializing, with activities designed for all ages.

The program includes a variety of activities ranging from popular sports such as paddle tennis, petanque, dominoes, and ping-pong tournaments to cultural events such as painting exhibitions, theater performances, and the traditional opening speech. Little ones can enjoy children's games, a foam party, bumper cars with grandparents, and a large children's and youth mobile park.

Popular culture plays a central role with the gathering of giants, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, the stick dances and sardanas, and the human towers of Baix Montseny, which always fill the square with energy and excitement. There's also time for music with concert nights, DJ sessions, and tapas with live performances. The correfoc, led by invited groups, brings the most festive and spectacular spirit to the fire tradition.

Other highlights include the speed painting competition, the popular vermouth, and the Gaïofa Fest, which combines music and family activities. The festival culminates with the final score of the competition between Senglars and Guillots, a healthy and fun rivalry that has become part of the local identity.
