Prawn Gastronomic Days in Sant Carles de la Ràpita
It is in autumn and with the arrival of the raised ones when shrimp fishing is more abundant on the rapitenca coast, since the marine currents cause them to leave their usual habitat, the sandy and shallow soils of the Ebro delta.
The excellent quality of the shrimp is given by the nutrient-rich waters of the Ebro delta, this fact, together with the high productivity, makes it the star product of the Sant Carles de la Ràpita kitchen.
The restaurants belonging to the Colectivo de Cocina de la Ràpita-Delta del Ebro offer us the shrimp menu through innovative culinary proposals, which, without forgetting the traditional seafood cuisine, are designed exclusively for the Conference. All of them are made with local products that stand out for their quality.
