Garrofal Pea gastronomic exhibition in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres
The Garrofal Pea Gastronomic Show returns for another year in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres!
The Garrofal Pea Gastronomic Festival is one of the main attractions of spring in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. Several restaurants in the town will offer special menus and dishes made with Garrofal Peas, a local variety prized for its sweetness and unique texture.
This initiative highlights local cuisine and promotes the star product of the Sant Andreu de Llavaneres orchards. In addition, many establishments also offer traditional Coca de Llavaneres, the perfect sweet complement to round out the meal.
The exhibition invites residents and visitors to take a culinary tour of the town and discover authentic flavors and creative recipes.
