DAY 1 - PLACE OF ORIGIN - TORTOSA ON THE LO SIRGADOR CRUISE - PICASSO MUSEUM - HORTA DE SAN JUAN

Morning departure for Tarragona. We will stop en route for breakfast (not included) and continue our journey to Tortosa, a city located near the mouth of the Ebro River that preserves significant examples of medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and modernist architecture. We will discover Tortosa from the Ebro River , sailing on a typical "Lo Sirgador" boat, from the impressive monumental city of Tortosa to the lush riverside forest. After this trip , we will visit the Cathedral of Santa María to see its treasures and the splendid Baroque chapel dedicated to the Virgin of the Cinta. We will transfer to the hotel for lunch.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Picasso Centre in Horta (admission included). Located in a former hospital, it aims to pay tribute to Picasso and show the world the strong bonds of respect that existed between him and Horta, both artistically and emotionally. He once said of Horta: "Everything I know, I learned in Horta."
During his stays in the town, the landscapes of Horta served as inspiration for Picasso's paintings, such as The Raft of Horta and The Factory of Horta d'Ebre. We will then have free time in this beautiful town. Horta's center has been declared a Cultural Site of National Interest for its preserved medieval character, with its narrow, winding streets and stone houses. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2 - MIRAVET - WINE CATHEDRAL TO PINELL DE BRAI - VALDERROBRES
