Comet Night at Lladurs Castle

Do you want to see comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon), which will pass close to Earth and looks more spectacular every day? At Lladurs Castle, we've prepared special sessions to learn more about this comet and observe it with the naked eye, binoculars, and a telescope. We'll also be able to observe Saturn with its impressive rings.

Scheduled dates to see and enjoy it: October 17, 18, 19, and November 1 and 7!

The experience includes:

• Observe the promising comet and the planet Saturn.
• Understanding the movement of the starry sky and learning to navigate at night.
• Learn about the main constellations and stars with the help of a powerful laser.
• Enjoy stargazing, observing planets, and the moon with a powerful telescope. We'll begin the activity in the room and finish by climbing the tower to admire a magnificent star-filled sky and observe through the telescope.

In case of bad weather or clouds, an alternative activity will be held about the stars and events we can see in the night sky at this time of year. The tower will also be visited if conditions permit.
