femturisme.cat and MónNatura Delta de l'Ebre are giving away a family ticket for 5 people to experience the Flamenco Mission adventure!
A mystery has emerged at MónNatura Delta de l'Ebre: some flamingos, usually pink, are turning white, and no one knows why. To investigate, a "Special Flamingo Unit" has been created and invites the public to participate.
The family-friendly activity invites participants to become researchers for a day through games, tests, and challenges to uncover the causes of the phenomenon. Participants will also learn interesting facts about flamingos—how they communicate, their rituals, and the relationship between their diet and feather color.
The experience is completed with observation of these birds from the 360º viewpoint, with telescopes and spectacular views of the Delta, turning the research into a fun and educational adventure.
Practical information
- Hours and dates: Every Saturday and Sunday. From October 11 to December 8.
- Recommended age: 4 to 12 years.
- Duration: 1:30 h.
