Clos Pachem was founded in Gratallops in 2015 by Michel Grupper, whose name is an acronym of his children's names: Paul, Charles and Emma.

A winery focused on its people, the history of Priorat, and a philosophy of sustainable, minimal-intervention farming, which allows for the creation of subtle, fresh, and elegant wines that create experiences and accompany unforgettable moments.

The vineyard is the cradle of our wines. The Planassos estate, located in Gratallops, embodies our philosophy: caring for the land and vineyards using organic and biodynamic practices, promoting biodiversity, and becoming part of the complexity of nature.

The vision of this project is to promote the region and its wonders, supporting wine tourism and integrating a winery with sustainable architecture that respects the region into its landscape.

Constructed with simple, durable, natural materials, the building blends seamlessly into the historic center of Gratallops, inviting pedestrians to explore the winery through an interior passageway, designed as a public space and welcome area.

Our goal is simple: to give back to nature what it gives us: respect and love for wine.
