Located in the middle of the Cistercian Route, the Aymar Vitivinícola Winery boasts a privileged location that directly influences its wines. The wines produced on the estates and vineyards surrounding Vimbodí i Poblet, at the foot of the Prades Mountains, offer unique potential due to their altitude and freshness, as well as the minerals in their Llicorella slate soils.

The winery is located in the former Vimbodí i Poblet Trade Union building, a space steeped in history that has been completely renovated and modernized to adapt to modern needs. With this expansion, the winery has not only increased its production capacity but has also become an ideal location for wine tourism activities. We offer a welcoming and versatile setting for events, combining tradition and modernity.

Description: We'll discover the renovated Aymar Winery (formerly the Vimbodí and Poblet Village Union) with a tour that will take us deeper into its history and present. We'll discuss viticulture, the winemaking process, and the traditional method of producing sparkling wines.

Next, we'll invite you to enjoy an exclusive pairing of three wines combined with chocolate or cheese, an ideal fusion to stimulate the senses. Come and discover the world of wine and its connection with chocolate or cheese in a warm and relaxing setting. High altitude experience

Duration: 2 hours.

Description: We'll welcome you with a glass of Aymar ICE Extra Dry 2017. We'll then begin our visit to the renovated Celler Aymar (formerly the Vimbodí and Poblet Union), where we'll take a look at its history and current events to learn more about our viticulture work.

With our pick-up trucks, we'll travel to the Montagudell estate, located in the Prades Mountains, where you can discover the vineyards planted with Llicorella and enjoy spectacular views of the Conca de Barberà.

We'll conclude the winery experience with a guided tasting and pairing of the three most outstanding Aymar wines and sparkling wines, accompanied by a gastronomic selection specially chosen for the occasion.
