From the Camp de Cervià Cooperative, we encourage you to visit our Agrotienda, where you will find Camp de Cervià Vergroc and Camp de Cervià Verllum Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as our latest product, Campo de Cervià Organic Olive Oil certified by the CCPAE (Spanish Agricultural Commission).
Schedule
- From December to January: Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sundays from 9am to 1pm
- From February to April: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
The rest of the year we are open Monday through Friday mornings and afternoons, and from mid-June to mid-September we have intensive hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
CAMP DE CERVIÀ extra virgin olive oil, 100% Arbequina variety, Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Protected Designation of Origin Les Garrigues, with extremely low acidity.
Varieties
Vergroc
Fruity. Aromas primarily reminiscent of tomato and raw almond. Intense and predominantly sweet, due to the late harvest of the olives, ripened and browned on the tree. Smooth and very balanced. Thanks to its notes and subtle nuances, it can be used both in cooking and raw.
Verllum
Complex aromas and flavors that are intensely evident due to the still-green olive harvest and the decanting process. Dense, with hints of fresh grass and leaves. Thick and powerful. Sweet on the palate, with a noticeable and balanced bitterness and spiciness.
Ecological
Oil from organically grown Arbequina olives, without pesticides or herbicides. Harvested by hand and milled within 24 hours. The fruit is at its peak ripeness, predominantly ripe olives with an intense purple color. Organic extra virgin olive oil acquires golden hues and retains the deep flavor and aroma of ripe olives. Camp de Cervià is certified by the CCPAE (Certified Organic Agricultural Commission), which guarantees consumers that the techniques used in organic agricultural production are respectful of the environment and people.
Besses Premium
Extra virgin Arbequina olive oil with a medium-intensity, fresh, green fruitiness and notes of ripe fruit. The palate is sweet and pleasant, with a persistent and balanced bitterness and spiciness. Secondary aromas of cut grass, almond, artichoke, green banana, and tomato stand out, as well as ripe banana, which defines the sweetness on the palate.
Overall, it is an oil of great complexity, rich in aromatic and gustatory sensations, while also being robust and very pleasant.
