From the Cooperativa Camp de Cervià we encourage you to visit our Agrotienda and try our oils, where you will find the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Camp de Cervià Vergroc and Camp de Cervià Verllum, as well as the latest novelty, Campo de Cervià Ecological oil certified by the CCPAE.


  • From December to January: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm
  • Sundays from 9am to 1pm
  • From February to April: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm
  • Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

The rest of the year we open from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon, and from mid-June to mid-September we do an intensive day from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

What we do during December, January and February are tastings with bread and oil from the new campaign as well as other typical products of the land. The tastings are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9am to 12pm.

Extra virgin olive oil CAMP DE CERVIÀ, 100% Arbequina variety, Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Protected Designation of Origin Les Garrigues, of an extremely low acidity.

The three possible varieties

VERGROC: Fruity. Aromas that remember mainly the tomato and the raw almond. Intensity and aroma with predominance of sweet, due to the late harvest of the olive, ripened and golden in the tree. Soft and very balanced. Thanks to its notes and soft nuances, it can be used in both cooking and raw.

VERLLUM: Complexity of aromas and flavors that manifest themselves intensely for the harvesting of the still green olive and for its process of elaboration by decantation. Dense, with connotations of fresh grass and leaf. Thick and powerful. Sweet entry in the mouth making bitter and spicy present in a well-known and balanced way.

ECOLOGICAL: Oil from arbequina olives grown ecologically, without pesticides or herbicides. Manual harvesting and grinding before 24 hours. Fruit at its optimum point of ripeness, predominance of ripe olives of intense purple color. The extra virgin organic oil acquires some golden tones and preserves the deep flavor and aroma of ripe olives. Camp de Cervià is certified by the CCPAE which guarantees the consumer that the techniques used in organic agricultural production are respectful with the environment and with people.
