Apart-hotel Rural L'Avenc de Tavertet Tavertet

L'Avenc is a rural apart-hotel, located in a spectacular natural landscape on cliffs, between forests and fields. It offers different types of accommodation; from the rustic charm of Les Casetes to the spaciousness and light of the rooms, studios and apartments located in the most modern wing, a bioclimatic building built in 2012 that also houses several common areas, a dining room, a massage room and an incredible indoor pool.

Location

La Sima is currently a sustainable rural apart-hotel located on the cliffs 3km from Tavertet and 7km from Rupitt, within the sub-region called El Collsacabra or El Cabrerès, taking off over the Sau Valley and the Osona plain. A privileged viewpoint in a sparsely populated territory that offers a perfect balance between natural and cultural values.

Accommodations

It is an apart-hotel with two clearly differentiated areas: Les Casetes, where the original rustic spirit is maintained, and Els Arbres, the modern wing where the apartments, studios and rooms are located.

Los Árboles are located in the most modern wing of the Sima. A bioclimatic building built in 2012 with direct access to the underground car park. This building houses the apartments, divisible into rooms and studios, the indoor pool, changing rooms, massage room, dining room and several common areas. It has elevators to communicate the different floors.

Double rooms

We have five double rooms. They are very spacious rooms with lots of light. Natural oak parquet, Smart TV, bathroom with natural stone (bathtub) and balcony with incredible views.

Capacity: 2 Pax.

Family room

We have a family room (El Roure family room). Very spacious room with lots of light. Natural oak parquet, Smart TV, bathroom with natural stone (bathtub) and balcony with incredible views. It also has another rear double room.

Capacity: 4 Pax.

Double Studio

We have five double studios. They are apartments on the ground floor, they have a double room open to the living-dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace. Bathroom with natural stone floor, shower. Breda stoneware floors.

Capacity: Ideal for 2 people and a maximum of 3 people. If you are 3 people in the double studios, add an extra bed to the reservation. Please note that it is individual and intended for a child.

Family Study

Family studio: Apartment on the ground floor that has two rooms (one open to the living-dining room and kitchen, the other closed). Bathroom with natural stone floor, shower. Breda stoneware floors.

Capacity: Ideal for 4 people.

We have an apartment with a capacity of 6+1 people (El Roure). They are very spacious accommodations with large glass doors and great views. Breda stoneware floors and natural oak parquet. Bathrooms with natural stone. The apartments are distributed over two floors.

Capacity: Ideal for 7 people. If you are 7 people, add an extra bed to the reservation. Please note that it is individual and intended for a child.

little houses

Old stables of the Sima and since 2002 converted into four little houses that preserve their rustic charm. Local stone walls with years of history, small windows, local oak wood ceiling and natural wood and stoneware floors, following the style of the old farmhouses.

Sau House

House with 2 bedrooms: a double bed and 2 single beds. The single bed room is open.

Susqueda Booth

Little house with 1 bedroom with a low double bed.

Sacalm house

House with 1 bedroom. The bed is on a wooden loft.

Pasteral House

House with 2 bedrooms: a double bed and 2 single beds.
