Can Masover Xic Lluçà

Cal Masover Xic, is a rural house located in the Rocadenbosch farmhouse in the municipality of Lluçà.

The rural house is located on the outskirts of Lluçá and is an ideal place to come with the family, and even several families, to enjoy the tranquility and nature without sacrificing the comfort of today.

It is the perfect house also for people with reduced mobility, as it has a ramp to access the interior and a bathroom that has a shower adapted for the disabled.

Inside the house we have the following rooms:

• Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, hob and all utensils and utensils you may need to cook. Built in an 'L' shape, where cabinets and appliances are interspersed. Placed on the counter you will find different tools, and the rest you will find in the cabinets.

• Large living room with wooden beams seen on the ceiling, fireplace with wood and stone walls. The sofas are facing the fireplace, which is against one of the stone walls of the room, and just behind the seats is the dining table, which seats 10 people.

• 4 bedrooms of which 3 are with double beds and the last one with a single bed, all supplied with bed linen. In addition, in the double bedrooms you can add an extra bed, since we have 2 of this type. All rooms are exterior, and have furniture such as bedside tables or seats.

• 2 bathrooms, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility, and both equipped with towels. Hairdryer and toilet paper are also included.

Outside there is a cozy terrace with garden table and chairs next to the barbecue so you can enjoy a pleasant lunch or dinner.

The rural house is surrounded by vegetation and nature on all 4 sides, so it is ideal to come and relax a few days away from the crowd and enjoy leisure time with the people who accompany you.

It is also located in the Barcelona municipality of Lluçá, where you will enjoy the true feeling of living in a beautiful town and where you can visit some interesting places such as the ruins of its castle with magnificent views of the Pyrenees, Montserrat and Lluçanes or its monastery; in which you can find his museum of roman art.

La Riera de Merles is another nearby environment with special charm for the layout of its waters.

On Sundays you can enjoy the weekly market in Prats de Lluçanes
