Tasting of cavas and artisan products at the Cava Center
Enter the Ressons Penedès Festival with an exquisite cava tasting accompanied by a selection of artisan and local gastronomic products.
Three cavas and three tastings of unique Sant Sadurní products made by hand to enjoy the most authentic and delicious local flavors.
The pairing includes:
- Tasting of three cavas commented and directed by Xavier Roig, sommelier at Cal Feru, cava trainer and champion of the Sparkling Wine Master Spain.
- Selection of 3 Camins del Nord artisan cheeses, presented by Mar Rufat.
- Selection of artisan sausages from the Cal Miqueló bacon shop, presented by Miquel Bargalló.
- Coca from the widows of the Rosell pastry shop, presented by David Rosell.
