Skyrace Pic de l'Orri in Soriguera

A new edition of the Skyrace Pic de l'Orri is being held, born from the desire of the Soriguera Town Council to create a sporting event to show them the privileged landscape environment of which this municipality of Pallarès is a part.

With the Orri peak as the culminating point of the race and of the municipality and with the Siarb valley and the Freixa mountain range as enclave points from which most of the towns that make up Soriguera are nourished, a network of paths predominantly surrounded by oaks, holm oaks, pines and grass meadows that show a bright green color that give color to the route.

An event of these characteristics, in addition to the merely sporting aspect, also represents an impact on the economy not only of Soriguera, but also of the surrounding municipalities, which is why it acquires great importance in various fields.

So, we invite you to discover these places where the Pic del Orri Skyrace runs, a route through which you will enjoy panoramic views over the western Pyrenees like you have never seen before, especially from the Orri peak, at an altitude of 2,440 meters, maximum height of the ski resort of Port Ainé.
