Olympic Triathlon and Sprint Triathlon of Tossa de Mar 2024

TheTossa de Mar triathlon is a combined sport and endurance event, in which the participant performs three segments: swimming, cycling and running.

A complete triathlon for lovers of strong emotions. The location of the nerve center and the spectacular walled area of Tossa de Mar in the background cause thousands of people to closely follow this fantastic triathlon every year. Years of experience and thousands of triathletes who have already participated in this triathlon consolidate it as a mandatory triathlon on the calendar.

The distances to be covered by the participants are determined by the organization and vary depending on the modality of sprint distance or Olympic distance.

In the first case, there are 750 meters of swimming, 20 kilometers of cycling and a 5-kilometer run on foot. In the Olympic distance there are 1,500 meters of swimming, 45 kilometers of cycling and 10 kilometers of running.
