Vallbona de les Monges Festival

The Vallbona de les Monges Festival arrives this September with a weekend full of activities for all tastes and ages!

The events will begin on Friday night with a concert by Pasqual & Els Desnatats, which will kick off the festivities in the dance hall. On Saturday, the day will begin with a mass in honor of Saints Cosmas and Damian, followed by a string concert by The Standards in the parish church.

In the afternoon, young and old can enjoy the family show by Rah-Mon in the Monastery Square before sharing the popular Fiesta Mayor dinner, one of the most anticipated events that requires advance reservations. The evening promises excitement with the Devils of the Vall del Corb fire run, which will fill the streets with fire and gunpowder, and will culminate with a youth concert by Crit and DJ Lau.

Sunday will be a day to experience the festival and enjoy the town's heritage. Early in the morning, there will be mass at the Vallbona Monastery, followed by the children's bouncy castle, which will keep the little ones entertained until noon.

In the afternoon, the competition and the brotherhood will meet in a soccer match on the sports field. To close, the group Som Tres will offer a concert with wines in the Bosquet de Cal Pons, bringing to a close three days filled with joy and tradition.
