Gastronomic Day of the spinach omelette with juice
When meat temporarily disappeared from meals during Lent in Priorat, eggs, fish and vegetables gained prominence. From distant times, appears throughout the region originating this dish in the rooms that people had to do in the mountains of Llena to harvest olives in winter.
The party of Truita amb suc of Ulldemolins, is a gastronomic festival that invites you to enjoy this typical dish of reference in the whole territory. This popular celebration celebrates its 37th anniversary, after in 1982 it was decided to take this food from the domestic sphere as a celebration center.
There will be a popular lunch, tasting and tortilla contest, market of local products, games and traditional dances.
