Albesa celebrates the Castañada with music and a good atmosphere!

The Victorina Vila Badia Civic Center in Albesa will host a new edition of the Castañada Popular, an event steeped in tradition, camaraderie, and celebration. The celebration is a perfect opportunity to enjoy Catalan traditions and share unforgettable moments with the community.

The evening will begin at 8:30 p.m. with a communal dinner open to everyone, where attendees can sample typical Castañada dishes, such as roasted chestnuts and panellets. After dinner, the event will continue with a performance by the magnificent duo Coral, who will get the audience dancing with their lively rhythms and a varied repertoire sure to please everyone.

The event is organized by the Retirement Home and is supported by the Albesa City Council as part of the "Segueix la festa" program. The initiative seeks to promote citizen participation and foster cultural leisure activities in the town, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere for all.
