Bages grape harvest festival in Artés

When the first weekend of October arrives, Artés transforms into the wine capital of the Pla de Bages — and for good reason! The old town dresses up (and in wine!) to properly celebrate the winemaking richness of a region with much to taste and even more to discover.

The streets become a grand open-air stage, filled with culture, tradition, and a great atmosphere. There will be no shortage of wine tastings, music, pairings, family activities, and plenty of options for everyone who wants to enjoy wine with all five senses.

The festival begins with an opening ceremony in Castellfollit del Boix and continues with visits to heritage sites, vineyards, and wineries across the region. All of this is part of the Pla de Bages DO Wine Route, the first cultural wine tourism route in Catalonia — a wonderful opportunity to discover the territory, glass in hand!
