We open the Sant Sebastià de la Guarda season

Opening of the Guaita Tower of Sant Sebastià from the 16th century. XV with the exhibition "Interpreted landscapes. Engravings by Maria Ribot (1925-1992)".

Located in an exceptional setting, the Monumental Complex of Sant Sebastià de la Guarda is a space steeped in history, with over 2,600 years of continuous occupation. This unique site offers the opportunity to explore an Iberian site dating back to the 6th and 1st centuries BC, recently restored and clearly signposted. Also on display are the 15th-century Guaita Tower, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, the Hermitage and the former Inn from the 18th century, and the Lighthouse, built in the 19th century.

All this architectural and archaeological heritage is located on a hilltop, in a spectacular natural setting, with impressive cliffs overlooking the sea. From here, you can enjoy one of the most iconic views of the Costa Brava, and on clear days, the panorama extends to the peaks of the Pyrenees.

We look forward to seeing you!
