Cava Rovellats Sant Martí Sarroca
Visiting the Cava Rovellats winery means learning about the history of a land, a family, and a personal way of producing great, long-aged cavas.
It is to discover the entrepreneurship of a man, Josep Vallès Rovira, who at the beginning of the 20th century decided to found a modernist winery in a small village in the Penedès known since 1303 as Rovellats.
Since our beginnings, we've believed in cavas conceived and designed from the vine, paying attention to the age of the plant, its location on the estate, its orientation to the sun, and its needs... We achieve this thanks to our own vineyards. We make our products with native and traditional cava grape varieties because we believe they best reflect the character of our native land: the Penedès.
We are currently the third generation working at Cavas Rovellats, and the values that guide us as a family business have never changed: achieving extraordinary quality through the production of limited reserves, believing in tradition but also in innovation, working with perseverance and dedication, and, above all, with respect for our land and the people we work with.
Come discover the estate's beautiful modernist gardens, our 15th-century farmhouse, which gives its name to one of our most iconic cavas, the family chapel dedicated to the Virgin of Montserrat, and the winery where we produce our still wines, which later become long-aged cavas. Our unique radial cellar is where the magic of bubbles comes alive.
We are waiting for you.
