Three Tombs in Bigues i Riells
Bigues i Riells celebrates the Tres Tombs Festival for yet another year!
It is a tribute to the peasant past of the town and, above all, to the animals, especially those with round feet, it is also one of the most participatory festivals of the year. During the 20th century it had been celebrated intermittently. Since 2002 it has been held continuously.
The festival begins with a breakfast, and is set around a fair of craft products, with gypsy dancing, the passing of floats, carts and horses, and the traditional blessing of the animals.
