Nativity Scene Route in Olesa de Montserrat
The Nativity Scene Route in Olesa de Montserrat is one of the outstanding initiatives of the Olesan Christmas programming. Promoted by the Olesa Nativity Scene Association, it is an opportunity to visit the mangers that are located in public facilities and in private homes in the municipality.
The entity has thus recovered the tradition of opening the doors of the locals' homes to show the work carried out throughout the year on the different scenes of the birth of Jesus.
In total, there are about forty nativity scenes that make up the Route, which is now becoming a consolidated activity that stimulates artistic creativity and tradition, in addition to being a way to improve coexistence among citizens.
Apart from the Route, around the same time as Christmas you can visit the exhibition of manger dioramas in the town's House of Culture.
