La Fassina is an old factory dedicated to the distillation of brandy from the alcoholic fermentation of grape pomace. It forms part of the Xarxa de Museus de la Ciència i la Tècnica de Catalunya. Inside you can see, from the old restored machinery, the entire process for obtaining alcohol from the pomace of the grape. Live distillation and tasting of brandy and liqueurs.
