The Passion of Cava
From La Cava - Deltebre, Baix Ebre region and in the very heart of the Ebro Delta, La Pasión de La Cava represents the life and passion of Jesus Christ, Our Lord.
From its first performance, in 1956, to the present day, several generations of amateur actors have been part of its great history.
The Passion, based on the work "The Divine Tragedy" and translated into Catalan, is made up of a total of 16 paintings represented in two acts. Performances of the play take place in the historic Parish Hall, located next to the Sant Miquel de La Cava - Deltebre Church.
It is worth highlighting the excellent work of passion, with sound effects, costumes faithful to the period and the interpretation of the actors and actresses and one of the most spectacular paintings, the descent of La Cruz.
