The MEAM Museum presents one of the most anticipated events on the international art calendar: Figuratives 2025, the exhibition resulting from the prestigious international competition of figurative painting and sculpture organized by the Private Foundation of Arts and Artists.

Since 2006, the Figuratives competition has established itself as a key platform for the promotion and recognition of living figurative artists from around the world. In this new edition, the jury, comprised of renowned figures from the international art scene such as Antonio López, Miriam Escofet, Roberto Ferri, Guillermo Lorca, Jeremy Mann, Vincent Desiderio, Nick Alm, Daniela Astone, and Amaya Gúrpide, among many others, has selected the contemporary works from among thousands of submissions.

Figuratives 2025 is much more than a competition: it's a showcase of trends, a meeting point between different generations and cultures, and a living map of the current state of figurative art. The exhibition brings together established artists and emerging voices who, with their personal vision, contribute to writing the history of figurative art in the 21st century.
