Meeting of the Giants of Les Borges Blanques
One more year the Meeting of Giants, Grallers and Correfocs of Les Borges Blanques is celebrated, an act that has been held on the first Saturday of September since 1983.
In the first meeting, in addition to 25 giants, various elements of bestiary, bigheads, two groups of devils and the Cannon from the Hall of Les Borges already participated. Over the years the participation of the different elements in the meeting has grown.
This meeting is an opportunity for groups of giants from different towns in Catalonia to meet and participate in a great festive celebration. It is a visual and cultural spectacle that attracts the gaze of the inhabitants and visitors.
