Superior vacation apartment located 50 meters from Salou's Llevant Beach, very close to the modernist villas that represent the town's architectural and cultural heritage. Ideal for a vacation with family, partner, or friends.
Located in a very quiet residential area, away from the noise and nightlife, yet in the heart of Salou. All of the town's shopping, entertainment, and attractions are just a few minutes' walk away.
The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 4 people, although there is an extra bed for children under 16 years old and a cot for babies.

Renovated, bright space with sea views
The apartment, renovated in 2024, has a large terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. Inside, you'll find a dining area with two comfortable sofas and a large table, as well as an outdoor table on the terrace for al fresco dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-style cooking. The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (Queen size 160x200) and the other with a bunk bed for two people. A crib (with linens) and an extra bed for children under 17 are available (subject to availability).
Amenities for a perfect stay
The apartment is completely exterior and receives sun throughout the day. It is located on the fourth floor with views, on the corner of the building. It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, a 50-inch flat-screen TV with streaming services, a refrigerator with freezer, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom has access to a second terrace, ideal for relaxing or doing laundry. The building has two elevators and a 24-hour concierge service.
The apartment includes bed linens, towels, and all necessary cleaning supplies: washer, dryer, clothesline, iron, and more. It is available year-round and designed to ensure your maximum comfort in any season.
Unbeatable location and additional services
The Port Aventura train station is just a 5-minute drive away, and there's a taxi rank right next door. There's also a city bus connection that will drop you off very close to the apartment.
During the summer season (June 1st to September 15th), you can access the communal pool with a sunbathing area, paid sun loungers, and lifeguard service.
If you're coming by car, we have a private parking space in the same building (reservation is required and costs extra). There's also public parking in the blue zone nearby.
Important information for your stay
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (only allowed on the terraces).
- Parties are not allowed.
- It must be left in the same clean and tidy conditions as upon arrival.
Schedules and conditions
- Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (admission outside of opening hours has a supplement).
- Check-out: until 12:00 noon.
- Required documentation: ID or passport, and bank card to pay the tourist tax and deposit.
- Deposit: €150, which is returned within 7 days of departure.
- Community pool: open from June 1st to September 15th.
